How to change MTU size in OCP?

Hi,
to improve performance, we would like to increase the MTU size in our OCP 4.7 on s390x cluster. Currently, the values are
- 1500 on NIC level
- 1450 in OCP
Can both be changed after the installation? And if so, how is this done?
