Desktop icon movement

Hi all, I have an issue with the icons on my desktop

My product is RHEL 8.4

When having RHEL 7.9, icons on desktop could move freely, and very close one from another. Also could see a Icon/folder long names of each while selecting them

I already installed tweaks on my present RHEL 8.4 and found no option to let the icons move freely on the desktop yet. All icons appear to be "locked" to a grid, with no free movement.

Is there any option to do that on RHEL 8? Don't recall if I did install an extension on 7.9 to do so
