How to configure different password policies for ldap users and local users in RHEL 8

Dear Community

how can we configure different password policies for LDAP Users and local users / root users in an RHEL8 Server ( 8.4 / 8.1 to be precise ) ?

I found https://access.redhat.com/solutions/5027331 but it talks about creating a policy for a single profile

Which authselect profile relates to LDAP Users and which one relates to local users & root ?
