rhel 9.4 satellite registration during install

I can't seem to find an exact answer on this. I have a virtual server that I am installing 9.4 on. It lives on a subnet that has no outside access, so I am trying to get it to register to my satellite server.
Problem is, I haven't been able to find documentation on how to do this. It would be simple if the install allowed you to just bypass, like every other version of rhel before it.
Does anyone know how to go about registering to satellite 6.15.5.1, during rhel 9.4 install?

Edit, found a binary dvd and used that. Binary dvd is for installs that may not have network access.
