Openshift & Prometheus - Monitoring pendings CSRs

Hey Folks,

i have OCP installed on vSphere via UPI. I now want to add a metric to prometheus, which show the current pending CSRs (like "oc get csr | grep Pending"), so that i could connect our global company-monitoring-tool to read this metric.
After reading the whole OpenShift 4.7 Monitoring-Documentation, i have no idea where i could start.
Can anyone help me?
