Developer access to RHEV and connection broker protocol specification

Hi,

I have a "Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite" subscription, but apparently it does not include entitlements for RHEV.

My goal is to work on integrating a new thin client protocol with the RHEV Connection Broker. Do I have to purchase any additional subscriptions to get access to the RHEV RPMs and channels?

The RHEV Developer Guide seems to only discuss the RESTful API for managing VMs, and does not address the brokering protocol. Is there any reference for that protocol other than the source itself?
