Duo 2fa Via LDAP Proxy

Ansible Tower Version 3.8.2
Duo Proxy is running version 5.1

Looking for any insight from anyone who has successfully setup duo authentication via an LDAP proxy.

From my Ansible server I am able to reach the LDAP Proxy.
I also have no issues authenticating to my AD server directly.

I have all LDAP settings configured as though I am querying AD directly aside from the actual server URI which is pointed at my proxy server.

Please let me know what additional info would be helpful.
