httpd24-http included in ELS support RHEL6?

Hello,
I 've seen that package httpd is included in package list support for extended life cycle support add-on (bug fixes, security patches) for red hat 6 entreprise.

RHEL 6 ELS Inclusion List : https://access.redhat.com/articles/4997301

Is package httpd24-http from RHSCL repository is also included ?
