Using manifest for two organizations in one Satellite

Hi,
I want to ask if I can use the same manifest for a new organization inside a Satellite. I have a situation where I need to create a new organization in Satellite and move there some hosts so they will be managed separately. Can I use the same manifest I'm using now?
Just for clarification, I'm not creating a new satellite instance, just a new organization, see attachment. I just need to move some host from the second organization to the first one.
