How to access to OCP 4.3+ container reistry using docker ?

Hello, I know when we install OCP 4.3+, podman was installed and can be used to access to the container reegistry. Can we use docker to access to OpenShift container platform 4.3+ registry ? If so, do you have the steps to follow to set it up ?
