RHEL Workstation 7.9 installation problems

I am attempting to install RHEL Workstation 7.9 from a rhel-workstation-7.9-x86_64-boot.iso DVD. When I go to select the installation source the only option it presents is "on the network" and want a url. I cannot find a url to a CDN repository so I am stuck at the last step to install.

I would appreciate any help or suggestions. I have read the installation guides several time and am puzzled as one said if I was installing from a DVD it would recognize that as the source. It doesn't.
