Upgrade from RHEL 8.2 to 8.3

I might have missed something entirely, but how can I upgrade my RHEL 8.2 lab system to 8.3 (upgrade, not re-installing)?

Previous upgrades from 8.0 to 8.1 and 8.1 and 8.2 have just rolled-in via the regular application of updates. However, when I recently wanted to check for updates to the RHEL 8.2 system, it persisted to fail with "Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'rhel-8-for-x86_64-appstream-rpms' all until I had entered the below:
subscription-manager release --set 8.2

Alas, changing to 8.3 above does me no good, just more errors of the same kind.
