Using Stratis on existing home and root partition

I have a SSD where i have root / (XFS) and an SSHD with /home (XFS)
I have them in dev mapper with LUKS encryption.

How can I add my home and root in a stratis pool ? Or i have to wipe them and take backup and then create stratis pool from scratch and file systems.. what i want to achieve is.. stratis to manage my file systems like growing the /home or root file system according to the stratis pool.

Here is the lsblk and my partition structure.. as I am using XFS and dev mapper with LUKS i am sure stratis should work however I can't see how to do it on existing file systems as the tutorial on red hat lab only shows doing it with new disks and creating stratis file systems :
