Hanging on startup with Gnome configuration <solved>

Just installed RHEL 7.9 on a older Dell PowerEdge w/ built in Matrox G200 video. Performed a...

yum groupinstall "GNOME"
systemctl set-default graphical.target
reboot

Now it hangs on boot with the messages in the picture. I can ctl-alt-f3 and change the target to boot into a prompt. But not sure what else is required in the standard install to get Gnome running.
