OFF-LINE Upgrade from 7.5 to 8.2

Hi,

We have Redhat Linux version 7.5 and want to upgrade to version 8.2.Please help the steps how to upgrade and the software required for this. Please note that we have upgrade OFF-LINE as the servers are not connected to the internet.
