ERROR: kernel: NMI watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 22s! [kworker/0:2:17931]

Description : We are frequently getting this alerts most oftenly when there is high CPU usage and high load average.

Note: When we have the high CPU usage our disk I/O is drastically reduced from 700MB/s to 4.8MB/s.
