Upgrade path from Red Hat 6.9 to 6.10 for ELS (End-of-Lifesupport)

We have Red Hat 6.9 cluster with Oracle 11g configured as resource.
Red hat requires the OS version should be 6.10, the latest minor in order to get ELS(End-of-Lifesupport).

Can someone guide me how I can update the OS version to 6.10? What I do usually is 'yum update' which may update kernel as well, but I need to do the update with the least system change.
