RHEL 7.8 o/s freeze

I have a bunch of Dell 3430 running RHEL 7.8, they crash every few days with similar errors on the console.

(1) [Firmware Bug] The BIOS has corrupted hw-PMU resources

(2) Out of memory: Kill process 204 (systemd-edevd) score 351 or sacrifice child

Network and video freeze requiring a reset.
