inventory source sync broken

AAP 2.4
1. I accidentally deleted Organization and Project for some jobs.
2. I tried recreate the Org and Project and Inventory
3. I recreated my Token for GitLab and created a Credential for GitLab
4. Recreated A project that points to my GitLab Repo that has my dynamic inventory plugin. ( microsoft.ad.ldap.yaml )
5. sync with Project is success
6. created a new inventory and source fails. Says it can't parse the microsoft.ad.ldap.yaml.
7. was working last week but now its all broken. Don't know what to do.
