HELP S2I build fails to push to registry.

Hi All.
I'm Running openshift 4.5 on vmware and I can't build a project.
My S2I build fails to push to the internal openshift registry.
I'm new to openshift

This are the errors I see in the log
"error copying layers and metadata"
"received unexpected HTTP status: 500 Internal Server Error"

I added the log file.

Any idea?
