stucked at "Started Dynamic System Tuning Daemon" RHEL 7.8

Hello,

RHEL update stucked at "Started dynamic system tuning daemon".

Previously, we also encountered the same problem when we try to update from 7.5 to 7.7. So for our workaround, during the boot time when 3 versions (7.7, 7.6 and 7.5) of RHEL are displayed, we always choose 7.5 and no problem. (In short, we did not use 7.7..)

However, this time, we clicked updates again (sadly, we did not checked the list of updates which includes the upgrade of the RHEL version). And during boot time, all the 3 versions displayed are RHEL 7.8 with different kernels only. So we cannot select 7.5 as we used to. And now we are stucked with "started dynamic system.."

Sorry, I am relatively new in using RHEL (and this discussion group) so I am not sure if below info will help. Our RHEL workstation has NVIDIA X (driver version 390.87, OS Linux_x86_64), PCIE Gen 3 (Quadro P4000), Eizo EV2451 (DP-4, DP-2) for display devices. Let me know if you need more info.
