Registered Device but no security updates

I receive frequently the message that I had to activate my subscription. Whenever I do so, I get the notification, that the device is already registered, but I wouldn't get any security updates.
In system settings I get shown the message "System not registered. Register for receiving updates.". When I try that it fails due to activated system.

What's the matter?
