Convert Desktop Client to Workstation license

I am trying to convert my old RHEL 7 Desktop Clients to RHEL 7 Workstation licenses.

I would have kept the same licenses as before but Red Hat said I had to go to this license.

I try to attach the subscription like subscriptions in the past and it will not recognize the subscription.
