ntp not syncing correctly after updating from rhel 7.6 to 7.8

I have RHEL server 7.8 which i updated last month from 7.6 . we are using server for application monitoring . we have configured 4 ntp servers for time syncing .
After updating to 7.8 ntp is not syncing properly some time .
ntp version on rhel 7.6 was ntp-4.2.6p5-28 and it was syncing perfectly
after updating to rhel 7.8 ntp version is ntp-4.2.6p5-29 which does not sync properly .
is there any issue with ntp version for not syncing ?
