RHEL 10 | This system has no repositories through subscriptions

Hi, I am on an Individual Developer sub for learning RHEL.

When I install and register RHEL, the registration succeeds and it shows up in my system inventory. However, when I try to list repos, it gives the message:

This system has no repositories available through subscriptions.

I have unregistered, cleaned, re-registered, and refreshed to no avail. Also, cannot subscription-manager attach --auto.

Again, the subscription is showing in my sub inventory, and the registration shows in my sys inventory on the cloud console.

I have Googled the issue, but have not found a definitive answer yet. Is the problem in my sub level? Am I missing something here? Any guidance or suggestions would be appreciated.
