VNCserver Issue: Black Screen

Hello,
I have configured the VNC server in my Linux machine (RHEL 8.2) following the link here: https://access.redhat.com/solutions/966063
Now when I am trying to access the server from my Window's machine I could able to get in but the screen is completely black. How can I solve the issue?
