Is it possible to transfer license to a different VM

Dear Community Users,

Can anyone please help me clarify if it is possible to transfer an active Red Hat Enterprise Linux license associated with one system to another system if we are going to close down the original system?
If this is possible, does it require RedHat support or can this be done self-service?
