Failed to connect dbus deamon

I have updated my system from rhel7 to rhel8 and one of my service no more start. The concerning service is a service that use dbus deamon. This service is under specific user i.e
..
[Service]
Type=simple
User=dbus2snmp
Group=dbus2snmp
..
When start service then I had the following error
dbus-daemon[92862]: [system] rejected attempt to call AddMatch by connection :1.240

Service woks perfectly if I use root user.
