upgrade my servers

Hi RadHat
I'm new to RedHat subscription, so I'm counting on your understanding.

As I understand I have 6 subscriptions and currently only three in use (rac5, rac6 and OEM) I do not now why only three. I have two additional servers (rac3 and rac4) with RedHat 5 installed on it. I want to upgrade these servers to RehHat 7, but I need to do this quickly.

I know that after new installation of RedHat 7 I need to apply subscription on these servers, because without this yum will not work.

My question is: How I will do this quickly? What I need to do for this?
