Using GPU's in OCP4.3 on VMWare

I am trying to set up a worker node with a NVIDIA GPU in a VMWare environment. I have enabled the GPU and it shows up on the VM, but I am not sure what all steps are needed to get the GPU operator installed. The docs i have been following are confusing and leading me down different paths. Has anyone done this? Any help would be much appreciated.
