This media is no good to install from message

Hi

I am new to using RedHat Linux distro and have been getting the following warning, at the start of the installation.

"This media is not good to install from."

I created a bootable USB using Rufus which works with my Ubuntu platforms OK, but on entering the installer and having the software verified it comes up with this message.

Can anybody advise here ?
