Not subscriped after provisioned RHEL host

I have an an installation of Red Hat Satellite 6.6 and have provisioned a bare metal RHEL 7 host. When I try to run a "yum install" I get the error:

This system is not registered with an entitlement server.

I would have thought that the subscription would have happened automatically against the Satellite server. What needs to happen so that this is part of the installation?
