GLIBC_ABI_DT_RELR in RedHat UBI Image

In my RHEL VM, I was creating a UBI based container, there's no GLIBC_ABI_DT_RELR in it?

I need this because I was trying to build UBI-based Postgresql image,
and it gives me the following error:
initdb: /lib64/libc.so.6: version

GLIBC_ABI_DT_RELR' not found (required by initdb)
