Yum or DNF not working on RHEL8.1

Hi There,

I am receiving following error for anything I do with yum or dnf

[root@localhost ~]# dnf repolist
Appstream 0.0 B/s | 0 B 00:00
Failed to download metadata for repo 'Appstream'
Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'Appstream'
[root@localhost ~]#

Performed all the instructions on the below article, still same error, please help.
