Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'rhui-client-config-server-8

Recently i had created a aws ec2 instance and i am trying to install epel repo in that instance it is showing failed to synchronize and i tried by cleaning "dnf clean all" , "sudo rm -r /var/cache/dnf", "dnf upgrade" and again it is showing same issue. can any one help me !
