How to open custom port in satellite 6.6

Hi,

I have a customized provisioning template. And in my template I am including a snippet to install bigfix agent (besclient) and start the service. That has been working fine; However I need to add firewall rule to open port 52311 for incoming on the provisioned host. I have the firewall rule set my snippet but it's being ignored.
Is there a better way to accomplish this, like setting a parameter to have a specific port opened for all hosts provisioned in satellite 6.6?
