Silent boot - without displaying any service start/fail message

Hi,

I have a requirement in which I should not show any message while booting, I should simply give a blinking screen which should not show any service started or failed message.

I tried with rhgb and quiet option in GRUB but still initial few steps and after pressing esc key I can see the bootup messages.

I am using RHEL8, Is there any way to suppress complete bootup message. Can you please help me to achieve this?
