RHEV reports blank page

Hi,

Recently upgraded to RHEV 3.2.
Now I can't access RHEV reports via RHEVM GUI or RHEV reports via portal.

Have checked that following service runs:

/etc/init.d/ovirt-engine-dwhd status

/etc/init.d/ovirt-engine-dwhd is running (pid 14388)

Can't seem to find any logs about the reports. Anyone know where to look?

Did you make sure to update the packages? Including the jasperreports? You should see this:

"# rpm -qa |grep jasper*"
jasper-libs-1.900.1-15.el6_1.1.x86_64
jasperreports-server-pro-4.7.1-3.el6ev.noarch

Thanks. Updating jasperreports solved (partially anyways) the issue.
I can now access rhev-reports from protal, but for instance, the Dashboard within the RHEV admin GUI still doesn't work.

Have you upgraded rhevm-reports to 3.2 as well?

Please follow https://access.redhat.com/site/solutions/63262 check "Upgrading RHEV-M Reports:" section.

Yes I have.

Did all the steps in https://access.redhat.com/site/solutions/63262.
Did them again just to verify:

yum list 'rhevm-reports*'

Loaded plugins: changelog, product-id, rhnplugin, subscription-manager, versionlock
This system is not registered to Red Hat Subscription Management. You can use subscription-manager to register.
This system is receiving updates from RHN Classic or RHN Satellite.
Installed Packages
rhevm-reports.noarch 3.2.1-6.el6ev @rhel-x86_64-server-6-rhevm-3.2

In order to proceed the installer must stop the ovirt-engine service

there is a probelem with the rhevm-reports-setup command or either the docs:

run: yum update jasperreports* , that should fix it.

Thomas, do you mean you found the documentation wasn't accurate on this? If that's the case please let us know here so we can improve it.
