IP addresses for Windows VMs showing as "unknown" in Cockpit

Apologies if this has been answered somewhere but I am having difficultly locating an answer.

I have multiple Windows Server guests running on KVM on RHEL 9.4. In Cockpit, their IP address show as "unknown" however my RHEL guest is reporting correct. I have Virt-IO 1.9.40 installed on all Windows VMs and I have tried both virtio NIC and e1001e NIC.
