Register a rhel 8 system

Hi,
since monday the 09.12.2019 I am not able to register a rhel 8 system. When I try:
subscription-manager register --auto-attach --release=8.0
or
subscription-manager register --auto-attach

I receive:
Registering to: subscription.rhsm.redhat.com:443/subscription
Username:
Password:
Network error, unable to connect to server. Please see /var/log/rhsm/rhsm.log for more information.

The last time I registered a rhel 8 system was on friday the 06.12.2019 and it works.

For rhel 7 it works. Tested on monday with a system and:
subscription-manager register --auto-attach --release=7.4
