The External Hard Disk was not shown in file manager suddenly

I have a dual boot os system with a external Hard Disk. The External Hard Disk was usable in windows But in RHEL I was not able to see the Hard Disk also.
I have tried Various Commands ,like fdisk -l , grep etc.... Nothing was useful
Can Anyone share me a idea or solution for this problem.
