Setting view defaults

All,

hosts/all hosts the default view is a count of 20. Extendable to 50.
hosts/content hosts the default view is 20. Extendable to 100.

I would like to be able to set the values to the highest number; ie 50 & 100 or 100 each. this way, when I open the view, I see everything without having to extend the view manually. What files would I need to look into to accomplish this task?
