Account contact info change

Janet Manning and Tom Kowal (tkowal@nysif.com) are no longer employed by the New York State Insurance Fund. How do we change our account information?

If possible we would like to use a shared email address: EML-ITS-ITAMAR@nysif.com. If not, use my email address: gchristi@nysif.com.

As for the name associated with the account please change it from Janet Manning to Gary Christie.
