GNOME Desktop lockdown for RHEL 8.0

Hi,

I have installed RHEL 8.0 developer version. For one of my requirements, I need to customize , mostly disable items form GNOME desktop. We need to do the below changes

i) disable multiple desktops
ii) remove desktop icons
iii)customize hot keys
iv) Remove the panel
v) disable the right-click menu
vi) disable new style mouseover features

Need some help with how to achieve this and what changes would have to be done?
