Display port (port C) not working for 3rd monitor

I was working on my regular thinkpad laptop T470 with 2 monitors connected to it and for some reason the 3rd screen stopped working, this monitor is connected through An HDMI to port C cable. If i enter xandr it shows:

DP-1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
HDMI-1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
DP-2 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
HDMI-2 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)

Is there any way to reset this port or any fix to this issue?
