Firefox 60.8.0esr (64-bit) on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 Can't Play Video in many sites

vimeo cannot play on firefox rhel8

I'm trying using Developer Subscription

but I couldn't play the video from :
https://www.dailymotion.com
https://vimeo.com/
https://peertube.video

and many others
When I download chrome it's works fine on many sites

but youtube is fine on firefox

I did build and install gstreamer and compile it from latest source and ffmpeg, x264, x265 also
but it's been 3rd day, I reproduce and didn't succeed to play videos on firefox
