Samba share - on a 2nd hard drive

I have a Red Hat 7.6 system - I added a second drive to it..it's mounted via /run/media/root/BKUP_DATA/samba_share. I can't get any of my windows system to get access - they always come back with Network error you do not have permission. When I create a TEST fold on the primary or first hard drive with the same share info via smb.conf...it works. What am I doing wrong?
