Failed yum repository High Availability

Latest response

I have some subscription of Red Hat,

  • Red Hat Satellite
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux for Virtual Datacenters with Smart Management, Premium
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server with Smart Management, Premium (Physical or Virtual Nodes)

My version Satellite Versión 6.4.1

I need pacemaker High Availability for cluster on RHEL 7,

On satellite server, can activate - Red Hat Enterprise Linux High Availability (for RHEL 7 Server) - Extended Update Support (RPMs)
rhel-ha-for-rhel-7-server-eus-rpms ... but on the RHEL Guests not show repository. .

It may be because I activated the extended update support repository ???

Hello

What does subscription-manager identity or subscription-manager repos --list show?

Unable to enable repos after system registration using subscription-manager

You are missing the proper subscription. Neither of your RHEL subs provide High Availability. You can verify what a subscription contains by

  • going to access.redhat.com
  • select subscriptions
  • select inventory
  • select one of the subscriptions in question.
  • View the products provided section.

You will note that both of your RHEL subs do NOT provide Red Hat Enterprise Linux High Availability for x86_64, which is what is needed to install the pacemaker package on a normal RHEL system.

Please contact your sales team to get this resolved.
