Create Bootable USB for RHEL 7.6 based distribution

I am trying to create a USB bootable image for my RHEL 7.6 based distribution . I need to do it offline and provide the image to others

The size of the complete package is 5G +
Please recommend/ suggest dos /donts gotcha's.

a) i tried formating usin mkfs -t vfat , but after that i can't copy over my iso as it is bigger than 4 G
