logging of rule fire request/response

We have a Red Hat Decision Manager server running in development environment with Windows. It can receive a post request for rule firing and return rules fired. We are wondering if the Decision Manager server can be configured to log these requests and responses and/or the decision behavior for firing the rules when these post requests happen.
